Ipswich's Kinnare hopes for healthy senior year of running for Cornell

It was a case of so far, so good for Ipswich resident Kieran Kinnare in late August.  A week away from the start of cross-country practices for Cornell University, the incoming senior was looking forward to what he hopes will be a full year of cross-country and track and field.  He hasn’t enjoyed an injury-free year since stepping on campus in Ithaca, N.Y., back in 2011 after a mammoth career at Ipswich High. 
"I’ve had a lot of Achilles [tendon] problems and a lot of knee problems," said Kinnare, an information science major at Cornell. "For instance, I had a maltracking kneecap, where the kneecap slides in the wrong path, and it’s not fully resting on the cartilage. It was not great.
