Workout of the Week: "A Heart of A Champion"
Last week, Coach Infascelli put on his Milesplitmass hat and traveled from Cape Cod to the Northern part of the State to film the" Workout of the Week" with the Division 1 State Champions of Lowell High. The video was filmed prior to last weekends Championship run, as the Red Raiders did a tempo workout on a local golf course in preparation for the rolling hills of Gardner. Will Lowell High School repeat as All State Champions this weekend ? Just keep in mind, never underestimate a "Heart of a Champion" !
